Delivery timeframes and freight methods vary depending on product size, weight and supplier location. We aim to provide clear freight pricing and reliable tracking on all orders.

We ship across Australia.
At this time, we do not ship internationally unless arranged in advance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

For large or palletised items, freight pricing reflects commercial carrier rates.
We aim to provide transparent freight pricing before payment is finalised.
3. Dispatch Timeframes

Some products ship directly from third-party warehouses or suppliers.

6. Pallet & Bulky Freight
Many products are shipped via pallet or commercial freight carriers.

Delivery is typically kerbside or ground-level only

The driver is not responsible for moving items inside premises

A forklift or suitable unloading equipment may be required for heavier items

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure safe access for delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, redelivery fees may apply.
7. Delivery Access Requirements
Before ordering large equipment, please ensure:

Delivery address has suitable vehicle access

There are no height or weight restrictions

Someone is available to receive the delivery if required
Failure to provide suitable access may result in additional freight charges.
8. Damaged Freight
If your order arrives damaged:

Inspect goods before signing where possible

Note any visible damage with the freight carrier

Contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging
Do not dispose of packaging until the issue has been assessed.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking shows delays or no movement:

Please allow reasonable time for investigation before replacement or refund is considered.
10. Split Shipments
Some orders may be dispatched from multiple warehouses and arrive separately.
